Attendance using Daily/"Present" (Separate Screens Web Version)

This feature is used to meet the required recordkeeping requirement for attendance records.

To use this feature:

  • Click on the “Attendance” button on the main dashboard.
  • Select the Date
  • Select the Roster for which you want to take attendance or choose "Select" to see all participants
  • Click the box next to the name of each participant in attendanc

When you are done, you have two options:

  1. If your next task is to enter meal counts, then click the button on the bottom left of the screen that says "Save and Go To Meal Count"
  2. If you want to save the attendance and stay on this screen, then click the button on the bottom right of the screen that says "Save"
