Do not allow carryover on the milk audit to exceed milk purchases in last five calendar days of the prior month [Setting]
This setting controls how much milk is allowed to be carried over from one month to the next based on milk purchase dates.
- If this box is checked, milk will only carryover from one month to the next if it was purchased in the last five days of the prior month.
- If this box is unchecked, milk can carryover from one month to the next no matter when it was purchased.
To use this setting:
- Login as a Sponsor Admin.
- Click on the green button for Setup.
- Click on Sponsor Setup.
- Under Milk Audit Settings find the checkbox labeled Do not allow carryover on the milk audit to exceed milk purchases in last five calendar days of the prior month.
- Make your selection.
- Scroll to the bottom and click the green Save button.
