Milk Audit Units

Milk audits are a comparison of the amount of milk purchased compared to the amount of milk that should have been served. This setting will determine if the milk audit calculations are done in cups or gallons.

- Login as a Sponsor Admin
- Click on the green tab for Setup

- Click on Sponsor Setup

- Scroll down to the dropdown labeled Milk Audit Units

- Make your selection
- Scroll to the bottom and click the green "Save" button
Important Recommendation!
If you are going to be doing a milk audit by day, we strongly suggest you keep the units in cups because of rounding protocols. We always round milk usage UP by the nearest 0.25 units. That means that if you are serving only one child who drinks whole milk, we would round the amount up to 0.25 gallons.
