Expense Summary Report (Site-Level)

This report sums up the costs for each expense type over the period of time selected. 

  • If you are a family child care home, then this report can help you accurately complete IRS Schedule C for Form 1040 and IRS Forms 8829 and Form 4562.
  • If you are not a family child care home, then this report can help you demonstrate that you have spent your CACFP reimbursement on allowable expenses and are maintaining a nonprofit food service account.
  • Click on Reports from the main site dashboard. This will take you to a page to select the report category.
  • From the report selection screen, choose the category Financial Reports.
  • Click on the hyperlink for the report titled Expense Summary Report. This will take you to the screen to make your selections for the report.
  • Select the date range for the report.
  • Check the box if you want to Include all uploaded receipts for date range selected.
  • Click the green Run Report button to generate a download link.
  • Click the hyperlink to Download Report in PDF format.
