Facility License Missing/Expired

To change this setting for a single provider, center or site:
  • Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard
  • Scroll down to the dropdown labeled "Facility License Missing/Expired"

    • If you want to disallow meals for a missing or expired facility license, then select "Error".
    • If you do not want to disallow meals for missing or expired facility license, then select "Ignore".
    • Scroll to the top or bottom of the page and click Save

    To change this setting for multiple providers, centers or sites:
    • Login as a Sponsor Admin
    • Click on Sponsor tab
    • Click on the “Manage Site Configurations” button.

    • Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the green button to Apply checked fields to selected sites
