Status
To allow sponsors to track which sites are actively claiming and which are no longer participating in the CACFP or SFSP.
To change the status of a site
- Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard
- Change the dropdown choice
- Scroll to the top or bottom of the page and click the green "Save" button
Any site that is set to inactive will fall to the bottom of the site list, be greyed-out and any users associated with that site will not be able to login.
Deactivation Reasons for Family Child Care Homes
If the site is a family child care home and you set the status to inactive, a dropdown will appear with a list of reasons for deactivation:
3 month inactivity
Dropped
Dropping the food program
Expired license
Never started
No longer offering care
Opened a center
Provider got a job outside of childcare
Retired
Switching Sponsor
Terminated
Terminated for cause
Terminated for convenience
Transfer
