Favorite Foods with CN Label or Product Formulation Statement
List of favorite foods with either a CN Label or a product formulation statement. If your sponsor manages favorite foods on your behalf, then these are the food items with a CN Label or production formulation statement that are approved by your sponsor for you to serve.
To Run the Report
- Click on Reports from the main site dashboard. This will take you to a screen to select the report category.
- From the report selection screen, click on Food Service Operations category.
- Click on the hyperlink that says "Favorite Foods with CN Label or Product Formulation Statement".
- Click on the green Run Report button to generate a hyperlink.
- Click on the hyperlink to Download Report as a XLS
