Label Verification Spreadsheet for Yogurt, Cereal, WGR and Convenience Foods [Report - Site Version]
This report contains a list of all yogurt, cereals, whole grain-rich foods and items needing a CN Label or Product Formulation Statement.
To run this report:
- Click on Reports from the main site dashboard. This will take you to a screen to select the report category.
- From the report selection screen, click on Food Service Operations category.
- Scroll to the Creditable Foods subcategory.
- Click on the hyperlink that says Label Verification Spreadsheet for Yogurt, Cereal, WGR and Convenience Foods.
- Select a date range.
- Click on the green Run Report button to generate a hyperlink.
- Click on the hyperlink to Download Report as a XLXS.
Note this report is not linked to the labels stored in the Labels feature. It is intended to be downloaded and completed by hand during a monitoring visit.
