Five-Day Reconciliation Report (Sponsor-Level)
Some state agencies require a reconciliation of the prior five days of enrollment, attendance and meal counts to ensure accurate claiming as part of a monitoring visit. This report assists with providing that information for the 5 days prior to a selected date.
- Login as a sponsor user
- Click on the green tab for "Reports"
- Select the report category "Attendance and Meal Count Reports"
- Click the hyperlink for the report titled Five-Day Reconciliation Report
- Make your report selections
- Select the date
- Select the city or cities
- Select the monitor(s)
- Select the site(s)
- Click the green Run Report button to generate the report.
- Once the report has been generated, click the blue Download Report hyperlink.
