Hide Participant Status Active for Site-Level Users

First, a reminder: participant status in My Food Program is only an indicator of whether or not we should display a participant on the screen for attendance and meal counts. Participants in Active, Pending or Incomplete are displayed. Those in Inactive are not.

However, some sponsors use “Active” to indicate that a participant is fully-enrolled. For those sponsors, they do not want centers or providers to set a participant to “Active”.

• If this box is checked then the "Active" option is unable to be selected.
• If this box is unchecked then the "Active" option is able to be selected.
