Allow Sites to Download Pre-Filled Participant Registration Forms (Income and/or Enrollment Forms)

This is a checkbox at the site-level under Site Details in the section "Attendance & Meal Count Settings".

Only Sponsor Admin users can edit this checkbox.

Select this if you would like your sites to download and print the pre-filled participant registration forms. Sponsors using only electronic forms or only their own paper forms may want to leave this box unchecked.
