Set Participants to Pending when Enrollment Expires

This is a checkbox at the site-level under Site Details in the section "Attendance & Meal Count Settings".


Only Sponsor Admin users can edit this checkbox.

Some sponsors use the participant status of "pending" to mean that an enrollment form is missing or expired. To accommodate this, if this box is checked, then My Food Program will do an overnight check and move any participants that have missing or expired enrollment forms into Pending status. Sponsors that want pending to equate with a missing or expired enrollment form should also check the box to Hide Participant Status Active for Site-Level Users.


If the box is unchecked, then participant status is not changed if an enrollment form expires.
