Meal Pack Tally [Report - Site Version]
Provides the number of meal packs distributed at summer food sites using the rural non-congregate grab-and-go model. This report includes the number of days of meals, meals included in the bundle, the number of meals packs distributed and a consumption schedule for those meals. There is also a page to record deviations if some partial meal packs need to be distributed for any reason.
- Click on Reports from the main site dashboard.
- From the report category selection dropdown, select Attendance & Meal Count Reports.
- Scroll down to the Meal Counts by Headcount category.
- Click on the hyperlink for the report titled Meal Pack Tally Report.
- Select the date of distribution for the report.
- Click the green Generate File button to generate the report.
- Click on the Download Report hyperlink to download the report.
