Nonprofit Status Report

7 CFR 226.15(e)(13) requires that sites operating the CACFP must provide documentation to ensure that all reimbursement funds are used for food service operations or the improvement of food service operations.
This report helps sponsors to determine if expenses have been properly documented for a given claim month and will also provide the current balance in the food service account.

- Login as a Sponsor Admin
- Click on the "Reports" tab

- From the report category dropdown, select "Financial Reports"

- Select the month/year for the report
- Click the green "Run Report" button to generate a hyperlink
- Click the "Download File" hyperlink to download the report as a PDF
