Notes

This feature stores notes about the site. These notes are visible to (but not editable by) the center, site or provider

To add Notes to a center, site or provider

  • Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard.
  • Scroll down to the section for "Additional Site Information"
  • Enter or edit the text in the Notes box
  • Scroll to the top or bottom of the page and click the green "Save" button

If you would like to record a note regarding a center, site or provider and keep it confidential to only sponsor employees, use a Record Log or Record Log Note instead.

The Notes appear on the following reports:
