Record Log Notes

Record log notes are a running history of contacts with the provider or center. Some ways that sponsors use record log notes include:

  • Documentation of technical assistance
  • Log of calls
  • History of providers or centers being on hold or removed from hold status

Record log notes that are not viewable by the provider or center but can help coordinate communication among sponsor staff.

  • Click on Site Details from the main dashboard
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page to the section labeled Record Log Notes
  • Click the blue "Add Record Log Note" button
  • Enter the Note Date, Summary and Description and Click Save

Record Log Notes appear in Site Details and also on the Meal Order Management screen. Please note that editing and deletion of notes are restricted to the user that created the note.
