Record Log - Viewable by Sponsor Only

This feature records information about the site in a free-form text box. Unlike the “Notes” box, the Record Log is not viewable by the provider or center.

To use this feature:

• Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard.

• Scroll down to the section for "Record Log - Viewable by Sponsor Only"
• Enter the text

• Scroll down to the bottom or scroll up to the top of the page and click the green Save button.

• Record Log Notes will allow you to store the date that the contact with the center, site or provider happened along with details. Many sponsors using Record Log Notes as a log of phone calls, emails and technical assistance
• The Notes feature in Site Details is also a text box. However, unlike the Record Log, the contents are viewable to the center, site or provider. The contents of the Notes field is included in the Site Summary Report.
