Other Infant Formulas Offered by Center or Provider
This feature is a list other formulas that are offered by the center, site or provider, besides the primary iron-fortified infant formula.
The primary iron-fortified infant formula is
- selected using a dropdown in Site Details limited to one,
- used to prefill the infant menu by name - based on meal attendance screen if there is no infant formula selected on the infant form, and
- is the first option if completing a Ready Records infant form.
The other infant formulas offered by center or provider is
- designated using a multi-select checkbox and
- used to give parent/guardians of infants completing a Ready Records infant form additional options to choose from.
To use this feature:
- Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard.
- Scroll down to the section for "Infant Settings"
- Make your selection on the multi-select checkbox
- The choices displayed will be all the infant formulas that are not excluded on the food list for the sponsor
- Scroll to the top or bottom of the screen and click the green Save button
- Set the primary iron-fortified infant formula in Site Details
- The other formulas offered by the center or provider will appear in Ready Records forms if the parent/guardian is completing paperwork for a participant under 12 months old
