Iron-Fortified Infant Formula Offered by Center or Provider
This field is used to store the brand of iron-fortified infant formula offered to enrolled infants. The formula(s) selected are used in two ways:
- To prefill infant forms either using pre-filled paper forms or Ready Records electronic forms
- To prefill the infant formula on the infant menu by name screen. (First we try looking for an infant formula on an Infant Meal Notification and if that is empty then we look at this field)
To set the infant formula(s) offered by a center or provider:
- Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard
- Scroll down to the "Infant Settings" section
- Select the infant formula offered using the dropdown. The selections shown are those that are allowed by the sponsor as managed in Excluded Foods
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the green Save button
