Search Sites
The ability to search for sites is a time-saving feature for sponsors with a large number of sites that need assistance locating the correct provider or center
To search for sites:
- Login as a Sponsor User and click on the green tab for Sites
- Click on the blue button for "Search Sites"
On this screen you can search based on:
- Legal Name
- Business Name
- Alternate ID
- License Number
- Address
- County
- Phone
Enter your search terms and click the green "Search" button to locate the site.
