Send a message from the main site dashboard [Feature]
To use this feature:
- Login as a sponsor-level user.
- Click on the Sites button.
- Click on the hyperlink for the name of the site you would like to send the message to.
- From the main site dashboard, click the Send a Message button.
This will take you to the Send a Message screen where you can enter the following information:
- Selected Sites: The site that you are currently in will be selected by default. You can add other sites, if needed.
- Message Date: select the date you want the message sent.
- Message Summary: (Sponsor Use Only/Not Viewable by Site)
- Message to Site: Enter your message
- Hyperlink (optional): Enter a link, if needed.
- Click the green Save button.
After you save you will be returned to the main site dashboard that you started in.
