Send a message from the main site dashboard [Feature]

This feature allows users to send a message to an individual site using the My Food Program Message Center from the main site dashboard.

To use this feature:

  • Login as a sponsor-level user.
  • Click on the Sites button.
  • Click on the hyperlink for the name of the site you would like to send the message to.
  • From the main site dashboard, click the Send a Message button.

This will take you to the Send a Message screen where you can enter the following information:

  • Selected Sites: The site that you are currently in will be selected by default. You can add other sites, if needed.
  • Message Date: select the date you want the message sent.
  • Message Summary: (Sponsor Use Only/Not Viewable by Site)
  • Message to Site: Enter your message
  • Hyperlink (optional): Enter a link, if needed.
  • Click the green Save button.

After you save you will be returned to the main site dashboard that you started in.
