Send A Welcome Email

You have the option to send a Welcome Email to any sponsor-level user with an email address in the system. It sends them their username and provides them with a link to reset their password. Below is what the email looks like.


To send a Welcome Email to a sponsor-level user:

  • Login as a Sponsor Admin
  • Click on Users
  • Select the user you want to send the email to
  • Click “Send Welcome Email” in the upper-left corner.


You will get a confirmation that the email has been sent.
