Send A Welcome Email [Feature]
This feature allows users to send a Welcome Email to any sponsor-level user with an email address in the system. It sends them their username and provides them with a link to reset their password. Below is what the email looks like.
To send a Welcome Email to a sponsor-level user:
- Login as a Sponsor Admin.
- Click on Sponsor Users.
- Select the user you want to send the email to
- Click “Send Welcome Email” in the upper-left corner.
You will get a confirmation that the email has been sent and the user will receive the email below:
