Send an email when a new site closure is added

This feature allows sponsor users to receive an email alert if a site enters a closure, holiday or field trip.
- If the sponsor has "admin" privileges, then they will get an email for any site that enters a closure, holiday or field trip.
- If the sponsor has "reporter" privileges, then they will only receive email alerts for sites to which they are assigned.
The email comes from [email protected] and looks like this:


- Login as a Sponsor Admin user. This will take you to the sponsor dashboard
- Click on the green button for Sponsor Users at the top of the sponsor dashboard. This will take you to the Sponsor User List.

- Click on the name of the sponsor user that would like to receive email alerts for closures, holidays or field trips.
- Make your selection

- Scroll to the bottom and click Save
