Set Favorite Foods for all sites [Feature]
This feature allows sponsor users to set a food as a favorite food for all existing sites.
- Login as a sponsor. This will take you to the main sponsor dashboard.
- From the sponsor dashboard, click the button that says Setup.
- From the sponsor setup screen, click the button that says Manage Food Items.
- Select the food category and age range (infant or non-infant).
- Click the heart icon under the header Favorite for Existing Sites
next to the food item that you want to set as a Favorite Food for all sites. This option is only to set Favorite Foods and deselecting the heart icon will not remove that item as a Favorite Food.
- When you are done, click the green Save button.
Please note this is a one-time action to add the food items. Favorite Foods can still be modified individually at the site level.
Note: sponsors are not able to add foods to our database - that is a function available only to My Food Program staff. If you need a food added to our database, please contact us.
