Site Visit Overview
The Site Visit Overview screen provides a one-stop screen for information about site visits. This screen is helpful for monitors to plan their next visit.
To use this feature:
- Click on the Sites tab from the sponsor dashboard
- Click on the box labeled Site Visit Overview
- Select the Sponsor Reporter user
- Click the green button for Load Visits
- Displayed on the screen is a list of all active sites assigned to that monitor. Sites that are on hold are not displayed.
- You can filter on the fields:
- Name
- City
- County
- ZIP
- Type a word in the field and click the magnifying glass to filter the list.
- To clear the filter, delete the text and click the magnifying glass.
- You can sort on the following columns:
- City
- County
- ZIP
- Most Recent Visit
- Next Review Due
- Click on a column to display the sort arrow
- Click the arrow to sort oldest to newest.
- Click the arrow again to sort newest to oldest.
