Allow Attendance and Meal Counts from Child Care Management Software for Days in the Past
This setting controls whether centers, sites and providers using the API to sync attendance and meal counts from a Child Care Management Software can sync them from days in the past.
- Login as a Sponsor Admin
- Click on the green tab for Setup
- Click on Sponsor Setup
- Scroll down to the checkbox labeled "Allow attendance and meal counts from child care management software for days in the past"
NOTE: If the Child Care Management Software tries to send over attendance/meal counts from the past and this setting is not allowed, you will see this error in your child care management software:
Meal date outside of allowed range – date_served.
- Sponsors can choose to allow the import of attendance and meal counts for prior days. If you want to confirm that attendance and meal counts were entered at the proper time, then you should turn on the error check for Disallow if meal count entry time is not within approved meal count time frame.
