Allow Participant to Have Inactive Status on a Day They Were in Attendance

This setting controls whether a participant can be in an inactive status and also be marked as present.


We strongly recommend that you do NOT check this box as the attendance may get excluded from reports that only use a list of participants that we active at the time.

  • Login as a Sponsor Admin
  • Click on the green tab for Setup
  • Click on Sponsor Setup
  • Scroll down to the checkbox labeled "Allow Participant to Have Inactive Status on a Day They Were in Attendance"
  • Make your selection
  • Scroll to the bottom and click the green "Save" button
