Automatically Place Claims with Errors on Hold
This setting controls what happens to claims with errors. If this box is checked, then claims with errors are automatically placed on hold. This allows sponsors to conduct a manual review of claim errors while allowing those without errors to be created.
- Login as a Sponsor Admin
- Click on the green tab for Setup
- Click on Sponsor Setup
- Scroll down to the checkbox labeled Automatically place claims with errors on hold
- Make your selection
- Scroll to the bottom and click the green "Save" button
