Create a Timecard

This feature allows users to make multiple entries for hours worked, with the dates prefilled with the user's typical working schedule and division of duties.

- Click on Record Hours from the main site dashboard
- No Record Hours button? Your sponsor may have chosen to disable this function.

- Select your name from the user dropdown
- If you only see your name, that just means you don't have permission to enter hours on behalf of others
- Click the blue Timecard button

- Adjust the beginning and ending date if needed
- Only dates that the facility was open are displayed
- Dates that already have user hours recorded will not be displayed to prevent duplicate time entries
- Dates in the future will not be displayed
- The screen will be prefilled with your typical working schedule and division of hours
- Adjust your arrival and departure times
- Optional: specify details of duties to reflect actual hours worked (be sure that any "detail" hours add up to the total direct hours)
- If you did not work on a day that you were scheduled, check the box for "No Work"

- Click the "Save Draft" button if you are not finished
- Click the "Finalize Timecard" and you will see that the timecard has been converted into individual daily user hour entries
