Deleting and Deactivating Rosters

Rosters can only be deleted if no participant has ever been checked in for attendance or a meal on that roster.

This restriction is in place because there are reports that can be run by roster and deleting a roster would corrupt those reports.

To delete a roster:

  • Click on “Participants & Rosters” on the main dashboard.
  • Click on the red “Delete Roster” button.
  • You will get a warning message. Click “OK” to continue.
  • The roster is now deleted.

If you have a roster that you cannot delete, you can make it inactive.


To make a roster inactive:

  • Click on “Participants & Rosters” on the main dashboard.
  • Click on the red “Make Inactive” button.
  • The roster is now inactive and will not appear on attendance or meal count screens. However, the roster will still be available on historical reports.
