Do Not Allow Meal Counts To Be Imported From Outside Software

This setting controls whether centers, sites or providers can import meal counts from an outside child care management software using the My Food Program API.

To change this setting for a single center or site:
- Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard.

- Scroll down to Attendance & Meal Count Settings.
- Check the box labeled "Do not allow meal counts to be imported from outside software".

- Scroll to the top or bottom of the page and click the green Save button.
To change this setting for multiple centers or sites:
- Login as a Sponsor Admin
- Click on the Setup tab

- Click on the Manage Site Configurations button

- In the upper-right corner, select the center or sites for which you want to change the setting.
- In the policy list on the left column, select the box for Do not allow meal counts to be imported from outside software.

- Be sure to select the box on the right as well to apply these changes to the selected sites.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the green button to Apply checked fields to selected sites.

To change the default for this setting for new centers or sites:
- Login as a Sponsor Admin
- Click on the Setup tab

- Click on the Manage Site Configurations button

- In the policy list on the left column, select the box for Do not allow meal counts to be imported from outside software

- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the green button to Save Configuration for future sites.
