End Date
This feature stores information about when the center, site or provider ends participation in the CACFP or SFSP.
To set the End Date
- Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard.
- Scroll down to the section for "Additional Site Information"
- Enter the End Date.
- Scroll down to the bottom or scroll up to the top of the page and click the green Save button.
The "End Date" feature is for recordkeeping only and has no impact on claims.
- If you are looking to prevent this center, site or provider from showing up as an active site, then you should instead change the dropdown for Status to Inactive.
- If you are looking to end the center, site or provider's ability to claim but still want them as an active site, then you should adjust the Site Program Type dates instead.
- Adding a Site Hold is another option if the center, site or provider is not permanently ending participation in the CACFP or SFSP.
- You can also set a user or users to inactive to prevent their ability to login
