This error code indicates that meals are being removed from the claim because the site was placed on hold.

The sponsor has entered a site hold in Site Details
How to Get Details
The Disallowed Meals Report will list the meals with this error. For this error, we recommend that you run the Summary version of the report.
The Site Details page will show the Site Hold dates and the Site Hold Reason
What the Provider or Center Can Do
Providers and centers cannot remove Site Holds. If you believe your Site Hold is not correct, please reach out to your sponsor.
What the Sponsor Can Do
- Adjust the Site Hold dates or reason or delete the Site Hold
- If the claim is already created and you want to override this error and include the meals in the claim for reimbursement, you can create a manual claim adjustment.
