Enter Attendance by Headcount
This is a checkbox at the site-level under Site Details in the section "Attendance & Meal Count Settings".
Only Sponsor Admin users can edit this checkbox.
If this box is checked, then the software will ask for a simple attendance count rather than asking for attendance by participant name.
This method must be combined with
- Meal Count Method Headcount
- Entry on Separate Screens
Please also note that reporting with this method is very limited as we have no participant information at all.
