Home Delivery Meal Pack by Name Meal Count Sheet
*This report only applies to Summer Food Service Programs.
This report provides information about rural, non-congregate summer meal packs that were delivered to participant homes. It lists the names of the children who received meals, their address and the number of meals delivered.
- Click on Reports from the main site dashboard.
- From the report selection screen, choose the category Attendance and Meal Count Reports.
- Click on the hyperlink for the report labeled Home Delivery Meal Pack by Name Meal Count Sheet.
- Select the date for the report.
- Click the green Run Report button to generate a download link.
- Click the hyperlink to Download Report in PDF format.
