Hot Meal Minimum Temperatures

This feature allows sponsors to set the safe temperature for hot meals.

To use this feature:
- Login as a Sponsor Admin
- Click on the green tab for Setup

- Click on Sponsor Setup

- Scroll down to the Hot Meal Minimum temperatures
- Enter the temperatures as numbers. A typical hot meal minimum temperature is 140 degrees, but this may vary depending on the agency that regulates food service operations.

- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save

- Center, sites and providers use the Food Temps & Delivery feature to enter the temperatures of each food item at each time point.

- You can choose to disallow meals if they are outside of the safe range. For this settings, any food item that is out of range at any time point results in all meals being disallowed.
- You can ensure that food temperatures are entered by turning on the requirement that temperatures be entered before meal counts.

- The Food Temperature Report will have a record of food temperature entries as will the Delivery Receipt Report
