Hot Meal Minimum Temperatures
This does not apply to Family Child Care Homes.
If you are having your centers enter food temperatures, we can check them during claims to make sure that all food was in the safe range.
Enter the minimum temperature that you want hot meals to be at in order to be safe. Typically, this is 140 degrees.
If you are choosing to disallow meals that are outside of this range, then any hot meals that were less than 140 degrees at any point (dispatch, delivery or service) will be disallowed.
