 How this Error Gets Triggered

This error gets triggered when the sponsor policy is to Disallow Temperatures Outside of Range

 What the Provider, Center or Site can do to Resolve this Error

  • Run the Disallowed Meals Report to get a list of the meals with this error
  • Click on Food Temperatures & Delivery from the main site dashboard
    • Review and correct any temperatures for the meals with this error
    • Once all corrections have been made, perform a Check for Errors to update the error list.

     Additional Steps the Sponsor can take to Resolve this Error

    • Ensure that your Cold Meal Maximum and Hot Meal Minimum temperatures are set correctly.
    • Change the setting in Site Details for Disallow Temperatures Outside of Range.
    • If the claim is already created and you want to override this error and include the meals in the claim for reimbursement, you can create a manual claim adjustment
