Cold Meal Maximum Temperatures

If you are having your centers enter food temperatures, we can check them during claims to make sure that all food was in the safe range.

Enter the maximum temperature that you want cold meals to be at in order to be safe. Typically, this is 40 degrees.

If you are choosing to disallow meals that are outside of this range, then any cold meals that were warmer than 40 degrees at any point (dispatch, delivery or service) will be disallowed.
