Income Eligibility Form Expiration Date Policy

This setting will determine the dates that we pre-populate on the income form screen. Sponsor users are always able to change the enrollment form expiration date after pre-populating the dates.

  • Login as a Sponsor Admin
  • Click on the green tab for Setup
  • Click on Sponsor Setup
  • Scroll down to the dropdown labeled "Income Eligibility Form Expiration Date Policy"
  • Make your selection
  • Scroll to the bottom and click the green "Save" button
