Mark a Special Diet as Reviewed by Sponsor
This feature allows sponsor users to record that a special diet has been reviewed by the sponsor. This function is for recordkeeping purposes only; reviewing the special diet statement does not alert the center, site or provider or the parent and the system does not treat a reviewed special diet any differently than one that has not been reviewed.
To use this feature:
- Click on “Participants & Rosters” on the main dashboard. This will bring you to the Participant List page.
- On the Participant List Page, click on the name of the participant. This will take you to their participant profile.
- On the participant profile, scroll down to “Special Diet” and click the special diet that you want to mark as reviewed.
- Check the box for Reviewed by Sponsor
- Click the green save button
