Omit this participant from the milk audit and do not include in substitute milk audit [Feature]
This feature allows users to mark participants with special dietary needs as being served less than the minimum amount of milk and exclude them from the milk audit. This is for participants that do not drink nutritionally-equivalent fluid milk substitute.
To use this feature:
- Click on Participants & Rosters on the main dashboard.
- Click on the name of the participant.
- Scroll down to the Special Diet section and click the blue Add button or select an existing one.
- Scroll down and check the box labeled Omit this participant from the milk audit and do not include in substitute milk audit.
- Click the green Save button (please note that you must also have a Start Date entered in order to save).
