Meal Pack Tally [Report - Sponsor Version]
This report contains the number of meal packs distributed at summer food sites using the rural non-congregate grab-and-go model. This report includes the number of days of meals, meals included in the bundle, the number of meal packs distributed and a consumption schedule for those meals. There is also a page to record deviations if some partial meal packs need to be distributed for any reason.
To run this report:
- From the main sponsor dashboard click on the green tab for Reports. This will take you to a screen to select the report category.
- Select report category Attendance and Meal Count Reports
- Scroll down to the Headcount Meal Count Information subcategory.
- Click the hyperlink for the report titled Meal Pack Tally Report.
- Select the date of distribution.
- Select the specific site(s) or select all sites.
- Click the green Run Report button.
- Once the report has been generated, click the blue Download Report button.
