Milk Audit Manual Decreases

Milk audits are a comparison of the amount of milk purchased compared to the amount of milk that should have been served.


Milk served on the milk audit can come from three places:


  1. Meal Attendance
  2. Food Production Records
  3. Manual Milk Decreases


This setting will determine the options for manual decreases in the amount of milk available.

  • Login as a Sponsor Admin
  • Click on the green tab for Setup
  • Click on Sponsor Setup
  • Scroll down to the checkboxes labeled Milk Audit Manual Decreases
  • Make your selections
    • If you do not check any boxes, then no one will have the option to make a manual decrease of the amount of milk; in other words, all milk entries must be done using meal attendance or food production records
    • These boxes only restrict centers from performing manual decreases; sponsor users can always manually decrease the amount of milk
  • Scroll to the bottom and click the green "Save" button
