Require Menus Before Meal Counts Require Food Production Records Before Meal Counts Shifts are an Option for Meal Times Allow sites to use typical times from participant schedules for in/out attendance Display All Options on Meal Count Screen

Require a valid Meals Prepared/Received Value (Headcount Only)

This is a checkbox at the site-level under Site Details in the section "Attendance & Meal Count Settings".


Only Sponsor Admin users can edit this checkbox.

Select this box to require sites to fill in the “Meals Received/Prepared”.

Notes

  1. In order to have the Meals Received/Prepared display on the screen, the site needs to be set to headcount meal count and Display all options on meal count screen needs to be checked in Site Details
  2. If a meal order has been entered, then it will prefill in this box
  3. If you have the error check for "Error if meals served exceeds meals available", the system will get the meals available from this field plus "Meals Available from Previous Days"
