Send Email When a Participant is Made Inactive

This feature will send an email if a participant is set to inactive (withdrawn). This may be helpful to sponsors for monitoring or compliance purposes.

Sponsors also have the option to prevent site-level users from setting participants to inactive by enabling the feature Hide Participant Status Inactive for Site-Level Users. With this feature enabled, it is the responsibility of the sponsor to withdraw participants.

To use this feature:
  • Login as a Sponsor Admin.
  • Click on the green button for Sponsor Users.
  • Click on the name of the sponsor user that would like to receive email alerts
  • Make your selection
  • Scroll to the bottom and click Save
  • Hide Participant Status Inactive for Site-Level Users
