License Capacity by License Type: Setting License Groups at the Site Level
License Capacity by License Type is one of the two methods available to ensure that providers and centers are claiming meals within their licensed capacity and is set in Sponsor Setup using a dropdown called License Capacity Method.
- At the Sponsor Level the license groups and license types will be defined
- At the Site Level a license group or groups are assigned to a provider or center, which is the subject of this article
To assign a License Group to a provider or center:
- Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard
- Scroll down to the section titled License Capacity Settings
- Select the valid License Type(s) for the site
- Click Save
