License Capacity Settings
Capacity Checks by Age Range
To add a capacity:
- Login as a Sponsor Admin user
- Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard
- Scroll down to the section titled License Capacity Settings
- Click on the blue "Add License" button
- An empty row will appear for you to complete
- Capacity: enter the number of children that are allowed in the facility for the designated age range
- License Age Range: select the age range. These are defined at the sponsor level Licensing tab
- Night Capacity: if the facility can have a different number of children depending on the time of day (for example, overnight care), then you can set a separate "day" capacity and "night" capacity. Typically, you will want to leave this box unchecked.
- Continue adding licensing age range capacities until you are finished
- Scroll to the bottom and click the green "Save" button
Note that if you have an overall license capacity in addition to age range limits, you can also enter Age Range Combinations
Capacity Checks by License Type
To add a license type:
- Login as a Sponsor Admin user
- Click on Site Details from the main site dashboard
- Scroll down to License Capacity Setting
- Select the License Type(s) that apply to this provider or center
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green "Save" button
