Weekly Meal Count with Attendance by FRP (Site-Level)
The Weekly Meal Count Report with Attendance by FRP contains meal counts and attendance for each participant per meal by income eligibility
category for a given calendar week. The report uses 1, 2, 3 instead of Free, Reduced, Paid and is compliant with the format used by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.

- Click on Reports on the main site dashboard.
- From the dropdown, select Attendance & Meal Count Reports.
- Click on the hyperlink for the report titled Weekly Meal Count with Attendance by FRP.
- Select the date range for the report.
- Select specific rosters or select all.
- Select if you want to separate or combine rosters.
- Click the green Run Report button to generate a download link.
- Click the hyperlink to Download Report in spreadsheet format.
