Year-round school: continue to disallow am snack and lunch on weekdays even if a summer date is entered [Setting]
This setting controls whether meals are disallowed for the reason AM Snack or Lunch served to a participant 6+ on a weekday and AM Snack or Lunch served to a school age participant on a weekday.
- If this box is checked, this participant will continue to have AM snacks and lunches on weekdays disallowed, even if it is marked as a Summer day for other children.
- If this box is unchecked, this participant will not have AM snacks and lunches on weekdays disallowed for Summer days.
To use this setting:
- Click on Participants & Rosters from the main site dashboard.
- On the Participant List page, click on the name of the participant that you would like to edit.
- On the Participant page, scroll down within the section titled Participant Info.
- Check the box labeled Year-round school: continue to disallow am snack and lunch on weekdays even if a summer date is entered.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green Save button.
