Allow site-level users to edit a Participant Schedule after an Enrollment Form is entered by the sponsor [Setting]

This setting controls when site-level users can edit participant schedules.
  • If this box is checked, then site-level users can edit participant schedules at any time.
  • If this box is unchecked, then site-level users can only edit a participant schedule up until the point that a sponsor enters an enrollment form.
To use this setting:
  • Login as a Sponsor Admin.
  • Click on the green button for Setup.

  • Click on Sponsor Setup.

  • Scroll down to the checkbox labeled Allow site-level users to edit a Participant Schedule after an Enrollment Form is entered by the sponsor.
  • Make your selection.
  • Scroll to the bottom and click the green Save button.
